Sharpless 2-232 (Sh2-232, Sh 2-232, Sh2 232, or Sharpless 2 232), also known as the Great Pumpkin Nebula, is a large and faint emission nebula (Specifically a H II region) located in the constellation, Auriga.

Sh2-232 includes many stars, one example is a massive star by the name of HD 37737. It also includes many nebula that are inside of it such as LDN 1525 (A dark nebula) and PN G173.5+03.2 (A planetary nebula).
