This area is where the TNOs aka trans neptuniun objects reside. It has a lot of Dwarf planets like 90377 Sedna, (50000) Quaoar and Eris (dwarf planet), the others included except for Ceres. The outer solar system is past the Kuiper belt but before the Oort cloud. Planet X May reside there.
